Orlo, the environmental arts nonprofit in Portland, is celebrating its 18th anniversary. For this special occasion we are throwing a birthday extravaganza and invite Portland’s student art community to participate. We are seeking submissions for works on paper (prints or original), to be exhibited at the event and sold through a silent- auction.
