826 Valencia supports students ages 6 to 18 in developing their writing
skills and helps teachers get their students excited about writing. 826
offers workshops in fiction and nonfiction writing as well as bookmaking.

This artist-run, nonprofit organization promotes artist books as an art
form and educational resource, provides educational institutions and the
public programming to involve contemporary artist books and assists artists
in exhibiting, distributing and publishing bookwork. Booklyn arranges classes,
lectures and workshops for educational institutions at all levels. Classes
range from bookbinding workshops at after-school programs to lectures on
book arts history and theory at universities.

The Minnesota Center for Book Arts houses studio spaces for both masters
and novices working at letterpress printing, hand bookbinding and papermaking.
In addition to the studios, there is an exhibition space, a studio shop,
